I know I called, but I just have to write and tell you again... little Okie Dokie is SO precious!!! And I'm happy to say, I think he likes his new home! You talk to him and he purrs. You pet touch, hold or cuddle him and he purrs. You just look at him; he purrs! He was purring and kneading his blanky when he was handed over to me at the cargo depot at the airport. I expected a wild-eyed shaking little kitten in the corner of his carrier, but he was totally cool with everything... tolerated the whole trip like an experienced world traveler.
He's been playing and exploring since he came in the door (he was NOT happy to be confined to the nursery!). He seems finally like he might be ready to settle in a lap now and take a little snooze. The dog loves him as he loves everybody! The other two cats aren't so approving just yet... they'll take a little longer to warm to him, but I have no doubt that soon will happen.
Thank you again SO much for this delightful, sweet little fella! We love him totally already!
