I hope you enjoy your visit.
I've been raising Doll-faced Persian and Himalayan kittens
in Northern Missouri for almost 19 years.
We very dedicated to each and every one of our breeders,
as well as our babies, so we are very selective as to where
we let our kittens go.
Therefore, filling out a kitten application is a must!
This helps us to determine that each kitten is placed in the purrr-fect home!:)
Our cattery is quite different from most catteries. It is set-up like just like a home,
right down to the curtains and the toys scattered around.
Our cats are only in separate rooms during labor and delivery.
The kittens remain in their area along with plenty of toys,
and cat condos, until they are old enough to come out and play,
and have mastered the litter pans.
We have four children, so our kittens are used to being handled from day one!:)
Before shipping our kittens, we buy the pet taxi and let them play
on, in and around it for at least a week. This helps the kittens get used to it.
Also, each kitten will be shipped with a blankie
that it has had from birth.
This blanket will have the scent of the
mother, and the
kittens litter-mates all over it.
(We kindly ask that you do not take the blankie away from the kitten the first few
days after getting your kitten, nor wash the blanket as that will destroy the scent)
Each kitten will have it's own blankie, even onesbeing picked
up here and driven to their new home.
Your Cozy kitten will be bathed prior to leaving the Cozy nursery, so
you do not have to worry about bathing your new fur-baby.

Cozy Kitten Cattery is a 1000% FeLV and FIV "TESTED" negative cattery!
As well as one of the few 1000% negative ringworm catteries on the net.

Please Note: We do not endorse the leukemia shot unless you anticipate your
cat being outside. If this is the case, please let us know beforehand, as we do not
wish our kittens to go to this type of household.

Shipping Info.
We will NOT allow a kitten to leave here until he or she is 2 lbs.
Unless a toy or tea cup.
Shipping your kitten runs between $250 - $300. This includes pet carrier, baby blankets, shipping cost and health certificate.
Continental Airlines is the ONLY airline we use, so please do not list any airport
that they do not fly into.
Many of our customers fly into the Kansas City Airport & take their kitten back as a carry on,
so that too is an option for getting your Cozy Kitten.
