Thank You All!
Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to send you all a very heartfelt & sincere
THANK YOU for all your incredibly sweet e-mails, thoughts & prayers
during this most difficult time.
We are all doing just fine and taking it one hurdle at a time.
The kitty's have all been returned to the nursery and the roof replaced.
We have also replaced the cattery roof and are now just working on digging
out from all the shingles and so forth.
The kids arcade was the biggest loss in this tragedy.
That is very heart breaking for us all to see because we are such a close knit
family and that arcade was built for our four wonderful children as a token of
our appreciation for all the help and long hours they devote to making Cozy Kittens
all that it has become over the years.
We simply could not offer all the wondrous colors without the help of our children.
So we are picking up the pieces & will soon begin rebuilding the arcade that means
so very much to our family.
I also wanted to say thank you to the kids in our community who are putting in
such long hours helping us clean up this devastating mess.
TJ's will soon be open again for all of you to enjoy.
Below are a some of the snap shots of TJ's.
First let's start with a few pictures of what TJ's
looked like before the tornado hit.
There wasn't many games in these older pictures as there was
when the tornado hit but you can still get a general idea of how
special it was for the kids in this tiny town who have
NO WHERE to hang out and have good clean fun.
Our oldest daughter Trisha.
Our daughter Tegan & some of her friends!:)

This TV configuration was set up with X Box 360's, hooked to the Internet
where the boys loved to play Halo 2 and other video games online.
These smaller TV's were what we started out with but by the time the
tornado hit there were big screen TV's in this room of the arcade.
We tried to make this arcade one that all the games would be free to play.

And below is what we seen minutes after the tornado left.

Then it began to pour down rain, 3- 4 inches that night.
We put tarps over what we could and tried to catch as much
rain as we possibly could, but the insulation got wet
and then began to freeze.

The air hockey game became a mini swimming pool.

Well...now we have the tree out of the roof and can start cleaning
the floors before we tear the remaining broken walls down.
Anyone know how to clean up wet, frozen insulation???
Bottom line, we are all so happy that there were no children in
the arcade when this happened.
Me and my girls were heading over to clean the arcade for the
weekend when my youngest daughter Tegan got sick and we
didn't make it there....Thank the lord!!!
